I just had my cases dismissed. One F1 one F2 one F3 and a couple misdemeanors. Good thing I'm innocent and Lara Lui is an amazing lawyer! The best! She's stern and knows case law. I am really appreciative of her services! It took a year and a half plus I had to drop my other lawyer because we didn't see eye to eye. House arrest and scram ankle monitor for 421 days with a conviction. Lara Lui is the best I can't thank her enough! Now I just gotta figure out how to recoup my losses

It’s been about 7 years ago I hired Laura Lui when she was partners with Reza Athari and I have nothing good to say. At the time I was teen, broke and desperate and trying to do my best to help my father stay in the country. I paid her a lot of money that I didn’t have just for her not to show up and talk with my father about the case, instead she sent her paralegal to do all the work and the only time she showed up was for trial and didn’t do much. We were reassured that our case was easy and shouldn’t worry, we’ll at the end of the day she goes home with her family and our father didn’t come home to his. Long story short I wouldn’t recommend her she may be good at somethings but when you lie to your customers who invested every penny they had to hire someone who reassured them that the case was easy and we wouldn’t need to worry, sorry but that’s not professional and you add nothing but anger and sadness to the families. To add insult her paralegal (at the time) still had the nerve to ask us if and when my fathers 10 years are up to call them and they would help us get the paperwork started with of course a fee. I am not reviewing the firm, I am reviewing Laura Lui because it has taken me 7 years to think of a ways to word my anger and frustration in a professional manner.

She helped me get my green card by going to immigration court with me and submitted all the correct paperwork. She requested for an interpreter to be provided so that I could better understand what was going on with my trial.. She and her team always answered my questions and were very patient with me and my wife. I would recommend her to others for anything legal.

When we had to go to immigration court, she was able to get an interpreter so my husband could understand what the judge was saying.
