She helped us with an Immigration case, and child custody, she did the best for my son who gets to stay in the Country and with my granddaughter she gets more sharing time between the Mom and my son I highly recommend her, she's so compasive , she defends like it's her own problem, I really love her

Very professional! She assisted us with a family matter and was very thorough, precise, personable, prepared and informative. She replied to every text, call or email we sent her in a timely manner. She was very helpful in all aspects! She is great!

I had a case that needed to have a well done job with which she withdrew last minute did not tell us at all but threatened 3 times if we did not pay are contract she would withdraw even though she had withdrew from the case & I had paid in full my contract as my bank statements tell the truth through personal message. She did not file correct paperwork or file it completely. Did not notify but through which felt like threats to pay or she will withdraw even though she had withdrew and just wanted more money from me. Still waiting for stuff for immigration as should had everything done by latest 2019. Did not accomplish anything at all judge forward all paperwork that needed to be done did not do what I wanted but what she wanted to do. Very disappointed did not get full refund for a withdraw as did not fire at all have bank statements and personal messages of everything she stated to me. Did not even tell us to continue with court screwed up paperwork and refused original case files to me just copies which by law if you withdraw a case you have to give everything to the individual when requested of you plus full refund for everything. I will be going to Utah State bar to file a complaint and suing for what is rightfully mine. Have records of everything do not let them scam you too or you to depending on the case will wind up life in prison or deported. Even the courts told us she was incompetent and to find a better attorney that knew what they are doing. That is sad when people scam you or take easy way out because they do not have the knowledge or experience.

So very pleased with the work of Laura Lui & Associates! Government paperwork is so confusing and when done incorrectly can add more grief and time to an already stressful and time-consuming process. Laura and her staff were so good to help direct us with the needed paperwork, getting it organized and then filing it in a timely fashion.
