I do not handle family law matters so I referred a client of mine to Kris' law firm on an urgent custody matter where the father had taken a child without permission to another state. Chris and Lucia, the team who helped us, understood the urgency and quickly drafted the necessary documents and obtained an emergency order requiring Idaho authorities to return the child to her mother back in Utah. All along the way my client was kept informed about what was happening, the odds of success, and the long term game plan. Fees were reasonable, well earned, and explained clearly up front. This is a law firm populated with people who know what they are doing and do it well. Hire them.

Rand was my attorney. He was great at communication and helped me understand everything as this was my first offense. Pricing was fair as well.

Kris was amazing. So helpful. From the day I spoke with him during the consultation, I felt so much better knowing that someone who was competent and knew "the system" was there to advise me. Kris was able to frame the severity of the charges, the possible outcomes, the lingering affects of taking a plea, and the accurately represented the mindset and deliberations of the prosecutor. We worked with Rand Lunceford for 2 years on a very difficult case involving our son. We won the trial, thanks to Rand's hard work and experience, and we then moved on to terminating visitation with the other party. We spent the next year in and out of court again.
