They handled my divorce amazing I had no idea what I was doing and they made sure the harrassment stopped and i got more than I was asking for and now my ex is after me again and they are handling it I wouldn't go with a different law firm they are worth every penny and to people who think these positive reviews are paid for and gave bad reviews just have had a hopeless or pointless case cause they do everything in there power to help and definitively did not pay me for this review. also to another review I read lawyers have to disclose fees early on to you so you have an idea and are not shocked and slammed with prices I would be worried if a lawyer didnt disclose prices in are first conversation. So no that was not greed that was informing you so you didnt get in the middle and not be able to pay.Fact is they will take care of you and are incredibly professional and I wouldn't trust matters this big with any other law firm !

I retained Rand Lunceford and it turns out it was the right thing to do. I find Rand is very good at what he does. He saved me a big hassle and took great care in making sure everything was handled the right way. Terrible representation. I should have just shown up on my own.

I was striving to have a fair divorce. I didn’t want to screw my ex over but I didn’t feel like I knew the law enough to try to do this on my own. I just wanted what was fair and best for the kids. Rand Lunceford completely supported and upheld that the entire time. He worked in a very honest and strait to the point matter. He knew that I am a single mom who doesn’t make much and knew that I just wanted my divorce completed as quickly and amicably as possible. I must say, he accomplished just that. He was always right on top of my case and very helpful. I could call or text at anytime and he would get back to me very quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer more pleasant experience when going though something so hard.

Worst lawyer ever. You pay for him and it'll be a waste of your money. The reviews here are fake and they have paid people to say good things about this guy. He's a fraud, doesn't do anything, sends people in place of him. Retainer fee for anything you need help with is way more than anyone I've ever delt with. Don't waste your time on this place because if your a real person and not a robot I promise you'll be disappointed.

I had spoken to a few attorneys trying to find the right person to help me with custody and divorce. As a man it seemed hard to get a fair shake, or honest answers when it came to the custody questions about my daughter. I spent an hour with Rand Lunceford and knew immediately that he was the attorney I needed! I am happily divorced and have full custody of my daughter!

I called in and talked to the receptionist Who was very nice. I received my consultation call and had my conversation with the lawyer. As we were speaking all he could do was repeat what I was already telling him. Within 10minutes he was already talking about his money. The consultation was supposed to last 30minutes. I stated to him "I apologize but if your mentioning your money this early into our conversation I feel your more interested in your money than you are in helping me and my case. Also, you haven't given me any peace of mind when all you be done is repeat what I'm telling you and give me no actual information." I was hung up on. I will not recommend this place. Professionals don't hangup on people. I will never work with anyone who is money hungry. I'll pay $500 an hour for the right lawyer. This guy was a waste of my breath and my time.

Rand Lunceford is hands down the best attorney ever!!!!!! I called him out of the blue as my prior attorney I didn’t feel was doing what needed to be done....Rand talked to me for over an hour on the phone regarding my case. He looked it up online, and was able to guide me through some steps I could take. I met him in the office for another consultation not long after and switched over to Rand immediately. Best. Decision. Ever. He got me through a difficult mediation, and absolutely killed it in our temporary order hearing. Anyone needing an attorney is usually in an extremely stressful and difficult place in their life...Rand will make you feel appreciated, validated and help you in any way he can. He responds quickly and with spot on information, he is so assertive and truly cares about his clients and the outcome of the case. I could go on and on. You won’t regret hiring Rand.
