What a great man honest to the core he got me full custody of my daughter so he had given me my life back that was nine years ago and I still have him as attorney and will never go anywhere else.

I live out of state and found Mr. Lunsford on the internet and then as best I could, reviewed previous client comments, used my resources in the legal profession here in my state to contact their colleagues in Utah and I retained Mr. Lunsford. He is/was very responsive, ensured I was kept informed, and he had my trust. I valued his counsel, went through mediation, and at the end of the time, walked away feeling that he had represented me well. He is soft spoken. Articulate, dresses well and has great interpersonal skills. I did not have a chance to observe his "courtroom" presence but feel he can walk the walk and talk the talk. A good lawyer. He listens well, is patient, and not given to preconceived notions. I was lucky in having selected him, and once I was able to meet him in person, walked away assured that I would be well represented. He seems to hesitate when talking - not a bad skill/trait when one thinks of a lawyer. It throws his speech cadence off some but do not fret. He is considerate and cautious and wants to ensure you get the best possible advice and counsel.
