Rand Lunceford and his team have been working diligently to help me out on a difficult custody situation. I had previously spoken to him by phone last year in August about the possibility of bringing the matter before the courts, and he told me to simply let him know once I was ready. When matters came to a head in the first week of February, I knew I needed counsel and I needed it quick. I called his office that morning and they transferred me to Rand immediately. I explained my situation and he actually recalled our 15 minute conversation from 6 months prior. That spoke volumes to me. Not only did he make the time to take my phone call that day, but he was able to schedule a meeting with me within 3 hours where I got to meet with him and the second attorney on the case, Amanda Garske. I was a mess of a father as my time with my daughter was at stake. Rand and Amanda were both extremely understanding and ready for a fight. Since that meeting, Rand, Amanda, and Liz have all put in a ton of work for my daughter and I to fight for what is right. Never have they discounted any of my thoughts or views with the situation. They have not pressured me with making decisions, but instead made sure that I am well informed to make the decisions for the most important issue I have ever faced. When dirty games have come up from the other side, they have met together prior to calling me. This has allowed Rand to call and present an already solid plan, and then I am able to make an informed decision on the next step. To say I am grateful for Rand and his team is a gross understatement. I couldn’t do this without them.

I hired Rand Lunceford for 2 issues. He was referred to me. He represented me in court. I spent hours preparing documentation but it was hardly used. The other attorney spoke up against the person in court, and he wasn't even my attorney. He didn't share findings with me related to the case that the other side had, that would've had a big impact on my decision to hire him. He also sent me documents but didn't consult with me on important details (the financials weren't done). I was charged the entire retainer and more.

I retained Rand for my divorce and custody case. He was responsive, professional, and got things taken care of as quickly as possible. He, or his staff, was always there to answer our questions and explain things to me during the process. He is kind and firm and got the best result I think he could have for the situation we were in.

I wish my brother got the version of Rand that got 5 stars. I went to court with my brother and Rand double booked himself to be at two courthouses at the same time knowing that was impossible. Most of the time he was on his phone telling his other client he will be just a little longer. During my brother’s mediation, Rand was more concerned and focused on scheduling a surgery rather than pay attention to my brother making some terrible agreements that did not best suit him. As a lawyer, shouldn’t they speak up when a client is agreeing to something not in their best interest? We drew the short end of the stick with Rand as we must have been his lowest priority, behind all these 5-star reviews. Very deceiving and disappointing. …and Rand - no, I will not take down my review. I’m glad my brother responded to your request and told you he fully supports this review. Possibly use this as constructive criticism.

I have had the opportunity to work with Andrew Klee on a legal matter recently. I give him my highest praise. His advice was sound, measured and spot-on valuable. As well, he listened to me and answered thoroughly all of my questions and concerns. Of course, I researched his training and background before engaging his services and noted that he is an honor's graduate of one of the top law schools in the country. I intend to seek Andrew Klee's representation in any future legal matters should the need arise.

The team knows the people in the court system and and how to speak to them. And most importantly they knew how to be sensitive to my needs and child's needs concerning my divorce case! Andrew Klee handled my son's very difficult and complex divorce case. He was able to get 2 restraining orders dismissed, joint custody, equal footing on child support, the property desired and all of the terms desired. He is so easy to talk to and explains everything to where I could understand the process. His staff is professional. Pretty mediocre experience. I worked with Rand to have a document reviewed. It took his team much longer than I would have expected for the type of document being reviewed . I also felt like they dragged it out and made it take longer so they could charge more. Very little customer obsession and overall disappointed with the experience, Rand came highly recommended but did not live up to the recommendation.
