I can’t speak on the quality of their work since I was never given the time of day for a consultation. I called on a Monday and asked about the costs for consultation. The woman who took my call was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions about my situation. I was told that Chris Ross would be the perfect associate for my situation. However, he was on his way to a meeting at that very specific minute, around 3:00pm, but would call when he’s available for a free 10-15 minute consultation. End of day came and gone and nothing. Called back the next day and asked when to expect a call and was told that he was going into another meeting at that very specific minute again, and is aware that I am on his books for a consultation. Again, I didn’t put that much thought into the whole situation since I figured he must be a very busy guy and he’ll give me a call when he’s available. It’s now Saturday, and I was never contacted for my so-called free consultation. I figured if my situation isn’t given the time of day for the free service they supposedly offer, I’ll just go elsewhere as it may be an indication of how my case my be handled and prioritized if I actually paid for their service.

Rand Lunceford is the best damn attorney around. He took on my extremely complicated custody case and successfully litigated it in my favor multiple times. I highly recommend that if you're needing representation for custody related matters, that you hire this man immediately because his work is truly second to none compared to every other attorney I've ever worked with.

Ally Jamerson was awesome handling my custody battle. She knows her stuff and is very though with each step. Often times she would make my ex’s attorney look like a joke compared to her knowledge of the legal system and my rights. She learned my situation and invested into me and our families needs. Would highly recommend her for and family legal issues!

I would avoid Rand like the plague. He was very good at making me feel like he was going to be aggressive so I was confident in my case. He totally butchered my first hearing, which should have been a solid closed case. After that he did absolutely nothing for me but waste my money. Extremely disappointed with his incompetence. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I had a criminal and custody case that was taken care of by Rand Lunceford. Thanks to his team I was able to maintain 50/50 custody for my son. I am beyond thankful to him and his team for helping me get my son after a very difficult situation.
