I had to fire this firm, the staff at this law firm is extremely unprofessional, abusive, and lack decorum when dealing with clients who are neurdivergent. They vent their personal feelings and anger upon their clients as a means to shame and subjugate them about the functional limitations hey experience in their personal lives related to disabilities and other family stresses. This firm will intentionally steal your money, refuse to assist you via reasonable accommodation with communication and other functional limitations and when you call to seek assistance with the limitations they verbally shame on a scale that is so damaging it could lead to someone ending their life. IF YOU HAVE AUTISM OR A TBI or other Neuro disability, DO NOT CONTACT THESE PPL as they will shame and refuse to assist you because they are just here to get money vs helping clients in any sort of equitable manner. I have autism, a TBI and my husband just died and as if that was not enough stress to handle, they added to this. Their actions and rhetoric allows me to understand that this law office has toxic management as evidenced by high staff turn over. PS they will not refund you when you fire them, do not use this law firm
