Not living or working in Utah I needed to find an attorney to represent me against a credit card company trying to take me to court. Mr Morrison was successful in getting the case dropped. Even after the party representing the credit card company stated I verified my address prior to the court date which basically killed the argument that I wasn’t residing at the address in question. After letting Mr Morrison know I verified an old address to confirm I was associated with the account in regards to a checking account, but never confirmed I currently live there Mr Morrison dug into the details and found the attorney representing the credit card company used a carefully worded statement that at first glance would seem like I verified the address, but after close inspection he found it was misleading and I in fact had not verified my information and got the case dropped. Thank you for your hard work and if I ever need representation again in Utah, Mr Morrison will always be my first stop! Thank you, Doug

Wow just wow! These guys are amazing they helped me out with my chapter 7 bankruptcy and this gave me anxiety so I wasn't in the best of moods but they still helped me out so much. Theron was VERY helpful at exploring options and making things easy to understand. I’m currently being sued by a debt collection law firm and some things they said raised some red flags. I was hesitant to reach out to Morrison Law Group but I’m very happy I did.
