Every single person has been friendly and responsive. They are attentive, detail-oriented and kind.

They were misleading, rude and aggressive in their approach. I spent near $1,000 to get a bankruptcy filed and had to request a dismissal. The courts objected nearly everything presented to them because it was incomplete or inaccurate. Mind you, the law firm already had all of the information they just didn't do their job. So after the meeting of creditors, these lawyers came after me telling me that I didn't provide the information. Whereas I had several emails where I was providing the information on repeat because they were not filing it where they were supposed to. They pushed and pushed for me to go in for another in office meeting where they were so aggressive that they put me in tears and I am just done.

They have been such a huge help for our family when we got into a car accident. They were so kind and professional. We don't know what we would have done without them.
