Do not hire this law firm. You wont get the lawyer you paid for and signed agreements with, you wont get the attention you deserve, and you will have to do most of the job for them. Hire anyone els. Jaimie richards is a liar and huge waste of money as is Kevin. They don't do the work they are paid to do. They do not listen to their clients nor do they fight for the clients best interest. Kevin is lazy and refuses to do the work he is hired and has a very hard time separating his personal life from his work duties on top of lying to clients that have paid for his services. If you care about your case at all hire literally anyone els other than this firm. As u can see from the responses to reviews. They are full of excuses. Almost 3yrs deep into a divorce case with Jaimie and nothing has been accomplished. Do not hire the richards. Lazy and liars

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Kevin is unprofessional. I have reported him to the Utah state bar. He doesn’t communicate, he didn’t inform me of anything going on with my case, he’s old and constantly missing court to deal with heart issues and physical therapy, he never sent me any links to appear in court which resulted in me missing my court date and getting a warrant issued. I didn’t have the money or resources for a lawyer someone else found this person and paid him to represent me. Unfortunately he did not represent me at all! So please if you can find another lawyer that actually cares about your case go somewhere else. I’ve reported Kevin and based on reviews so have other people. Hopefully that’s enough to get him removed.

Do not waste your money with this law firm. They have been uncommunicative and have actively not done anything to resolve my case. I had to get new counsel to get my case moving again.

Roy Cole thinks he's a big strong guy that likes to intimidate women. Big child. Deserves the worst! Obese piece of garbage.

They always do a fantastic job at a good price. They have taken good care of each and every person I have sent their way. My mother also recommends them to her friends as well.

So we hired Roy to help my husband with something. We went to court the first time and Roy did nothing to defend my husband. NOTHING! my husband paid him $2200 to hire him and that was all he owed. Well we the went to court the 2nd time and Roy AGAIN did nothing to defend my husband with a case we had. He would say, “ I will take care of you , don’t worry. I will help you. “. He didn’t take care of anything. He just kinda shrugged his shoulders like oh well. We went to court again to appeal something and the judge told my husband that he would let him get rid of what he had going. Well everything was ok. Well the Roy emailed my husband and said the he owed $750 dollars for extra work that he went above and beyond to get the outcome we did. And then he told my husband that, “I cannot control the judge.” He said if we do not pay him he will take us to small claims court, get a judgement on him and take it from you, the choice is yours. He never said a word about my husband having to pay more. I will never recommend anyone to him.

Absolutely disgustingly horrible.

Absolutely stellar service. I needed help keeping a stalking injunction in place. Kevin did an excellent job putting my case together and making me feel comfortable about the situation. When it came time for the hearing, we had no problem keeping the injunction in place. Thank you so much for your help guys!

My lawyers were awesome and very attentive to my case. I would definitely rehire them if I ever needed anything.

They are some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Their building is also so beautiful and they make you feel welcome no matter what. They are so fast and efficient with their job and truly care about the work that they do.
