I had the pleasure of working with H.D. Gailey. When I first met with him just to ask some questions about the divorce process, he gave me all the advice I needed and told me that I shouldn't retain him unless I absolutely needed him to. When I found out my divorce was going to be a tougher case than I had originally anticipated. He jumped right in to help me out. He handled everything in a timely manner and he would always get back to my messages as quickly as possible, whether through text, call or email. He was honest and had my best interests at heart. Instead of dragging me through court so he could make an extra buck, he was able to find terms that my now ex agreed with so I could move on with my life. He also handled it in a way that has now saved my family so much time and thousands of dollars in the aftermath and protected us from extra hardship in an already difficult time. Thank you!

H.D.Gailey was awesome, honest and thorough. I went in and met with him about trying to expunge an old felony drug possession and an arson conviction from 1995 that was preventing employment opportunities. He spent nearly 2 hours going over options, researching the law, even contacting agencies that make expungement recommendations before finally learning that the arson charge simply wasn’t eligible for an expungement. He easily could’ve charged me for the process of reducing both convictions prior to the expungement process, but he was upfront and honest in telling me that it would be a waste of time and didn’t charge me a penny. Not all attorneys operate that way so it’s nice to know the ones that do. I would recommend that anyone with legal problems, to reach out to H.D. If they need help and honest advice or legal representation.

Vincent Stevens is hands down one of the best attorneys. He has been more then helpful and willing to do everything he can to work with my husband continuously to ensure a fair outcome on his criminal case. He was able to get 1 year prison time suspended, with compliance of probation through AP&P, not to mention he reduced a Felony 3 down to a Class A Misdemeanor. We couldn't thank him enough for his dedication and work. I highly recommend Mr. Stevens to anyone in need of an AMAZING Criminal Law Attorney.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Vincent, and I would advise anyone who is seeking his services to absolutely not throw your money away, very well might be the weakest lawyer I have ever seen or talked to, I found out pretty quickly he has no idea how to argue outside the box or make a common sense argument, various things you would think would be in our favor from the cop who never actually found what he was looking for never even stepped foot in our house, to the child protective services opening and closing a case saying no problem found, to the adult probation board who the courts put in place to recommend punishment, recommended nothing more than a ankle monitor, and we still got jail time, and a crazy amount of probation, Oh and by the way the defendant had never even had as much as a speeding ticket, 1st time offender in every sense of the phrase, we pretty much just got to sit back and watch him get smoked by the prosecuting attorney, if you are wondering what the inside of a jail cell looks like by all means hire these guys. If you want to actually have a chance of wining put your money somewhere else.
