Pros
1
Honest and upfront approach, putting the client's best interests first
“He easily could've charged me for the process of reducing both convictions prior to the expungement process, but he was upfront and honest in telling me that it would be a waste of time and didn't charge me a penny.”
2
Effective and timely handling of cases, with good communication
“He handled everything in a timely manner and he would always get back to my messages as quickly as possible, whether through text, call or email.”
3
Successful in achieving favorable outcomes for clients
“He was able to get 1 year prison time suspended, with compliance of probation through AP&P, not to mention he reduced a Felony 3 down to a Class A Misdemeanor.”
Cons
1
Lack of effort and poor performance in certain cases
“He just likes to collect your dough. He did absolutely nothing for her than what she could have done for herself. He doesn't care and put little to no effort into her case.”
2
Inability to effectively argue and advocate for the client's best interests
“I found out pretty quickly he has no idea how to argue outside the box or make a common sense argument, various things you would think would be in our favor from the cop who never actually found what he was looking for never even stepped foot in our house, to the child protective services opening and closing a case saying no problem found, to the adult probation board who the courts put in place to recommend punishment, recommended nothing more than a ankle monitor, and we still got jail time, and a crazy amount of probation.”
