My ex with an extensive criminal background hired john to defend him against multiple burglary 3 degree burglary and theft charges. He was facing 1-15 years. John was able to get the charges plead down and my ex ended up serving only 10 days in the actual jail and completed his time in the work center which ended up being 30 days. I’ve never been in trouble with the law before. I know nothing about court processes or how any of this should work, but Kelly and his staff (Jesica, his assistant especially) are patient and very good at explaining things in plain English. If you want a good settlement on your case, you have to spend good money on a good lawyer. At the end of the day it’s all in who you know. and Kelly is good at what he does has been doing this a long time and knows a lot of the prosecutors. He got my DUI down to impaired driving, and all of my other three charges dropped entirely. I 100% recommend Kelly and I’m so so glad I chose him to represent me in court.
