4 years ago my family hired keen while I was in jail on ice hold we paid keen for a consultation and he advised me that there was nothing he could do that ice wasn’t gonna give me bail so we went ahead and hired another lawyer who was able to get me bail and my case dismissed as well as the immigration proceedings had I listen to keen I would not be here with my kids today I would not trust them they come off as nice people but once they get there money they do as they please. I had also hired keen for a previous case and I thought they had helped me but once I hired the other lawyer she basically told me they screwed me even more and I wasn’t able to get that charge off my record. My other lawyer was also able to get me my social security and work authorization . This law firm had me feeling like I was being represented by a public defender I will continue to let people know so they don’t screw anyone else over who’s undocumented as we all already have enough issues. I also left a review a couple years ago because I had gotten a bill from the lawyers after I already paid them off and they tried to tell me if I delete my review they’ll clear my charges witch I refused to because I had already paid them everything

I hired this firm to help with the immigration of a relative. After paying thousands of dollars months later discovered that they didn't even submit the paperwork and suggested that my relative live here without paperwork and maybe wait until the next election is over. I did not get a full refund. They charged me hundreds of dollars for a time that I was put on hold by the receptionist and forgotten about. We found another lawyer who charged a fraction of what Keen charged and my relative was successful in the immigration process.

Our experience with Keen Law Office was outstanding. For many reasons our case was a very involved and difficult case. Chris Keen was recommended by another Immigration Attorney who declined to take the case due to its complexity. On the very first consultation Chris Keen had already reviewed the long and convoluted file for this case and asked pertinently detailed questions. He was up to speed right away. Unfortunately the USCIS and their courts are the deciding factors on how much time passes before any results are known.
