Before I made the payment, they emailed and responded really in time and called me real frequently. A little slow down after payment made. There are certain procedures and guidance provided to file a police report. Finally, they were able to trace down the scammer ID to be an old lady (could be a fake or stolen ID) and guided me to contact her for recovery. Not surprisingly, no response from the scammer. And no more response from CNC, either. Overall, my endeavor together with CNC for recovery fund is not successful. I totally understand not every case is a guaranteed success. But at least a response to conclude the process and just saying "that's it" would be appreciated. Technically, this case is still ongoing, just no more response from my case manager.

He is understanding and empathetic and a fighter for his clients. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. And koodos also to his assistant Mindi Bartlam. She is extremely detailed and most efficient is settling costs, insurance payouts, refunds, etc and quite quick to respond to every question I posed. Fantastic communication from start to finish. When stuff would come up, I never had issues getting in touch with them to figure them out. Clean and easy process the entire time, never felt rushed. I was hit by a car on my bike in 2014, not only did the wreck ruin my bike I need medical attention. Knowing that I couldn't navigate the complexity the insurance companies, I reach out to Christensen & Hymas. I knew of Christensen & Hymas through the biking community and that they themselves are cyclist. They where great to work with from day one, very personable, they keep me in the loop on every move they were making. They assisting in recommendation on doctors and even made the appointments for my knee surgeries. They where able to get me full value for my road bike after the insurance company offered me half the price I paid for it. In the end I received a full pay out from my insurance and the driver that hit me insurance company as well. Not only are they AWESOME law firm, I consider them friends. I highly recommend them if one ever needs a law firm to support you in your time of need.
