Had an unfortunate need to get a lawyer for real estate matter that went south and so relieved the moment Chris Dexter was retained. I hadn't slept well for nights and that night, I slept like a baby. Over the ensuing weeks, he went beyond the call of duty to attend to the matter. Very impressed - definitely highly recommend him. Next time, I'm getting him on my team from the very start - a wise investment for sure.

I was was involved in a labor dispute with a former employer. I was shorted 11K. My wife and I were the typical newlywed starving college students and money was INCREDIBLY tight. It was a horrible situation and I didn't know what to do, so I turned to Chris Dexter. Reviews were great online so I figured I'd give him a shot. I laid out the details of the situation to Chris in the consultation where I was shorted 11 thousand dollars. During the free consultation Chris was very charming and empathetic. It was impressive. He said he was VERY confident we could win because he has won lots of similar cases before. Being broke at the time (considering I was just shorted a substantial sum of money) it was a huge stretch to come up with the $350 to take my case which he made seem was a slam dunk in our first meeting. After I cut Dexter and Dexter a check, they were a ghost. I would send an email. There were times where I would wait 8-10 days at a time for a reply, before I would send another email asking Chris to please reply, before he would reply. I felt like the lowest carving on his totem pole of priorities. Four months of the worst case of email/phone tag I have ever had went by. I felt like I was kicked in the gut when after 4 months of trying to get somewhere, he sent an email where he typed "Obviously, they are taking advantage of you but I don't know if I would spend [about] 8-12K fighting if I were you." WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT BEFORE I PAID DEXTER AND DEXTER?!? I was incredibly disappointed with the performance and lack of communication I received from Chris Dexter. Taking $350 from a student who just lost $11,000.00. Well played.

I had a good experience working with a Lawyer from this firm [Zach]... I am not Unhappy with the firm itself... However: I have become highly agitated with a person answering the phones up there in that office... Seemingly they are not trained to answer questions beyond the capabilities of a 5th grader... Mostly I think the people answering those phones are overtly robotic, and habitual in their methods of "Assuming Before Listening"... Like a rocket in the opposite direction before they've even heard the question I posed, Its a common problem with customer service representatives and receptionist who are answering phones all day,, understandable that it would become routine... I would think that people answering phones in a law office would be a little more alert... more than one episode of dysfunction [i.e. bouncing off 6 telephone lines, with half a dozen re-directs,, waiting half the afternoon on a 10 cent question],,, She never even heard the question...

Absolute worst. There is no urgency and no customer care. I called in almost every week for months trying to get updates from my lawyer and NEVER was able to talk to him on the phone. Always voicemails and never a call back, sometimes an email a few weeks later. These guys MIGHT "fight for you" if you have a massive personal injury case otherwise don't waste your time. Gave one star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Chris and Brian have helped my family with several different issues, and have helped several of my clients as well. They are very professional, and competent. I would highly recommend interviewing them for any legal needs.

Dexter & Dexter Defends Child Molesters in Utah County. If you want a law firm that defends Child Molesters (The Lowest Form Of Life) then Dexter and Dexter is the company to use. They don't advertise they defend CHILD MOLESTERS, but they do. A firm that tries to get the minimum sentence for Sick Perverts Molesting our Little Children in Utah County. The case started in September 2015 and ended February 2016. Their LIGHT weight attorney Brian J. Miller of Dexter & Dexter was defending Andrew Mack Bishop for MANY counts of CHILD MOLESTATION, all First Degree Felonies. This creep (Andrew Mack Bishop) molested over five young boys and girls. It is believed he molested more than the five children he was convicted of in Pleasant Grove. It was sad to see Brian Miller his attorney trying to defend this Serial Child Molester, especially during the sentencing phase of the proceedings as Brian struggled to keep his facts straight. All I can say is, Dexter & Dexter must be pretty hard up since they need to defend Child Molesters to pay the bills. If you were going to choose a law firm to help with your legal issues, you would be better off choosing a Law Firm with strong Corporate Morals, Not Defenders Of Child Molesters in Utah County. BY THE WAY- Dexter and Dexter lost (thank goodness) and the pervert is spending 18 years to life in the Utah State Prison. Let's tell your client’s why- My two innocent Grandchildren were the next in line to be Molested by their Uncle, the Serial Child Molester that is your client. I know you take on criminal cases, but you must have some moral ethics deciding which cases to take. A Serial Child Molester is different from a Scam Artist, Drunk Driver, or even a Burglar. You would probably have a different attitude if your young children or Bryan and Chris Dexter's young children were Molested. We are not talking about a minor infraction. We are talking about a Male Pervert placing his manhood in the mouth and all other orifice’s of small innocent children for over 15 years. Yes, even molesting his own small children (3 boys). Let me set the record straight- Your Child Molesting Client did not turn himself in- he was reported to the police by a brave child that had been molested for over 10 years; otherwise he would still be out there Molesting children. The judge did not determine the sentence for Your Child Molesting Client – a plea bargain was made with the Utah County Prosecutor to reduce all of sentences. Yes, the Judge did limit my input, but only because you were like a Jack-In-The-Box jumping up and down objecting to me telling the truth to the Judge. Trust me, the Judge would have let me finish my truthful statements about your Child Molesting Client had you not kept jumping up and down objecting to the facts. I hope this case was worth it to you for the $10,000 you made defending the Molester trying to get him a lessor sentence so he could get out earlier and Molest more children in Utah County. Of course, that $10,000 is $10,000 less money the Mother of the molested children now has in her bank account to try and put her families lives back together. The molested family is now destitute because of the actions of your Sick Client. If money is your main motivator, let me make you this offer. I will give Dexter and Dexter $10,000- if for one year you change your billboard on University Parkway to read "Dexter & Dexter Defends Child Molester's”. Who knows, it might just increase your business since Utah County is the Capital of Child Molesters.
