Hired this firm for an HOA dispute. At first there was a decent response time. The issue was taken care of but was pricey.
I followed up and inquired about a family attorney. I spoke to two lawyers, exchanged emails, uploaded evidence to a drive.
Rosing Davidson Frost sent me a bill (which was immediately paid) then ghosted me. This was about 3 weeks ago. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response.
Running a business is all about setting and meeting expectations. Poorly executed and would not recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Rosing when a real estate transaction became problematic. I hired Robert Rosing shortly after moving to Utah. I wanted to buy a new business and did not know any attorneys personally that could help. After meeting Robert I felt like he had my back from day one. His expertise in drafting our purchase contract was invaluable. He wed very responsive and available. I would absolutely hire him again.
