Pros
1
Provides good HOA law services
“Great HOA Law”
Cons
1
Lack of attention and incompetence in handling cases
“Was completely unimpressed with the level of attention given to my wife's case. we had to suggest to the lawyer handling the case of which direction to go in, and was met with "oh I didn't think of that". Incompetence Red flag #1.”
2
Dismissive and hostile behavior towards clients
“When we tried to ask the firm to rectify their incompetence after the check had cleared and the firm had taken its cut, we were met with dismissive hostility from Partner Joe Wrona and told that they were the richest lawyers in Park City.”
3
Failure to communicate important information to clients
“I was told by Wrona Law in April of 2020, almost a full year later. I was told it "had been misplaced." Not very comforting to hear when it comes to legal paperwork, vital to my case.”
4
Condescending and disrespectful attitude towards others
“Mr. Wrona is very condescending in the courtroom reports and interviews. He has a general disregard for views opposing his. He lacks respect for city council members as they make decisions supporting city members.”
5
Unprofessional behavior from staff members
“Laura Windsor at the firm insults others, attempts to get postings blocked from job posting websites. Spends her time emailing "You want to be a para – go to school, pay the money and sit in the chair like the rest of us. Otherwise – call yourself a clerk." from her office instead of doing her job, wasting time and resources instead of customer service.”
