Our experience working with Patricia Kuendig was beyond what we ever could have hoped for. The issues of our case spanned over a decade and included numerous ambiguities. Multiple mediators, a commissioner, and a judge all stated that this was a very complicated case. I hate to think what the outcome would have been if we had not been in the competent hands of Patricia and her amazing paralegal, Kristy. We were able to see Patricia in multiple settings including in front of a Commissioner (where we prevailed), the Summit County Judge (after the opposing party appealed previous rulings), and in two separate mediations.
