Robert completed the process required to update and amend the governing documents for our community association. There was a very nasty and contentious set of minority homeowners who tried ever possible illegal set of maneuvers to try to keep the amended documents approved by a majority of homeowners from being implemented! Roberts excellent knowledge of the legal process, his commitment to client satisfaction while displaying extreme professionalism during very tense periods of activity combined with his strong desire to ensure all elements of the task were done correctly and to the letter of the law! Robert is truly an asset to his profession!

We met with Robert to review a residential property repossession/foreclosure matter and we were impressed with his professionalism and willingness to take on a case that required quick action. After meeting Robert and reviewing the issues we retained him to represent us. We are still in the early stages of the matter but we have high expectations. After all, not every attorney gets their law degree form a superb school like Georgetown and then graduates Magna cum Laude.

I have worked with Robert for over a year and have found him to be cooperative, knowledgeable, and such a hard worker for our causes. When I asked Robert to do something he went way beyond what needed to be done and did it swiftly and efficiently. We had Robert redo our CC&R's and bylaws so they were written for our community and not another community as was the case. We had Robert help us in an in-house legal battle. While doing this, he made sure our proxies, ballots, voting process, and everything else having to do with the vote was done correctly and legally. Robert also wrote up letters to send to residents who were out of line, as well as writing to contractors, other lawyers, business partners, and anyone else on our behalf. Robert appeared in court for us several times and knew exactly what needed to be done because he was so knowledgeable in HOA law. I was happy to work with Robert; he was always professional, had great ideas, and thought outside the box. If you are looking for a responsible, intelligent attorney who will answer phone calls, emails, and stay on top of things for you, Robert Rosing is the attorney you should hire. We never regretted one day with Robert as our HOA community attorney.

We hired Robert to redraft the Declaration and Bylaws for our homeowners association. He did a terrific job. He came to meetings and was able to handle questions and concerns with homeowners very well. We could not have gotten our new CCR's passed without him.
