I have known Deacon for many years and have hired him to assist with estate planning for my grandma many years ago and more recently for my mom. As much as I tried to convince my dad that he and my mom needed to update their estate planning and get things in order as they got older, he refused. Once he passed, I told my mom we weren't going to go through this, again--not having her affairs in order. Deacon and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My brother and I could not be more satisfied with the services we've received from Haymond Law and are so relieved to know things are being taken care of and will be order when the time comes. Unethical billing practices and reminds me of a bad used car salesman. He's one of the few estate planning lawyers in Park City, which is likely how he survives. You'll be much better off engaging a lawyer in SLC - unless you're looking to buy a used car along with an estate plan.
