These attorneys are the model for the stereotypical attorney jokes! Dishonest, and dismissing. Will try to exploit you. They will take a large retainer fee and in the fine print of the contact you will find a clause explaining that they will not refund it, even if they didn’t earn it… so they’ll falsify the records and make up all kinds of bogus entires. Unanswered and unreceived emails and not showing up to scheduled meetings and then saying they were there, are just a few tricks Rogers and Russell will try. In addition, they have no problem exploiting and taking advantage of people they think have ample means and seniors. I will be writing to the Utah State Bar as well as the attorney general about the specifics of my experience with R&R. Trying to warn others to stay away! This attorney will not defend you, and in addition a lot of their reviews are from people who work in their office or their friends and family members.

Nick and his team, especially Jenny were extremely helpful throughout the entire process cannot say enough about their company and law firm. Definitely recommend anyone looking for their service.

These are the facts... I was pulled over for speeding and wrongfully cited for a DUI. I blew 0.008(Legal limit is 0.5) and was still arrested and put in jail(Likely a discriminatory assessment). They found "some" THC in my system, none active and I carry a valid medical card. My atterny at R&R; Never answered phone calls or returned them personally, would only discuss the case at appearances, openly admitted they did not believe in my innocence, tried to intimidate me with threats of jail time and probation and refused to argue a plea deal better than accepting the DUI charge. They told me I had to pay an additional 10k to take it to trial if I did not take the deal. After frustration and feeling beat down, I decided this atterny was not here to serve me, but to serve the court and use me to get commission for a citation. I removed them from council and within a month, my new atterny not only did NOT charge me to take it to trial, but the prosecutor immediately dropped my DUI charge due to a lack of evidence... Any atterny that actually looked at my case would see the slam dunk. R&R is a scam and uses unethical practice. My atterny was likely profiling instead of listening. Bad buisness, Wylie.

They advertise free consultations, however when you attempt to schedule it turns out it’s not actually free and they want money first. Feels like a bold bait and switch.

Let me start off by saying if I could give everyone at Rogers & Russell a billion stars I would. When they say they will fight for you, they absolutely mean it. My wife and I got put into a very bad situation that had us file Chapter 13, it dragged on for months (NOT at fault to Rogers & Russell) but sadly it was discharged. It mainly boiled down to a vindictive apartment complex, they helped us re-fill and fought to the bitter end to help us and things are going great this time around. Like I said everyone at this office is a rock star but Steve and Jenna went so far above any expectations I could have had that I would never go anywhere else for anything that might happen in the future. I tell everyone I know personally if they ever need any help with legal issues to go see these guys and anyone that reads this review should as well. Keep on fighting the fight and doing what you guys do, you guys are amazing!
