Unprofessional and hostile behavior towards clients
“The whole experience with this law firm was hostile and unprofessional in my opinion. I do not disagree with the garnishment as I am responsible for the loan that defaulted. But that is no reason to be hostile and rude to a person who is only looking for details for their own financial situation.”
