Jonathon is super professional and really puts his clients first. We just got a check today from a tenant we thought we would never see anything from. We definitely recommend him. He makes our life as landlords a lot easier!

My property management company R.E.N.T. has used Kirk law for collections for a bunch of our collections on tenants that skip out or get evicted. Jonathan and his firm does a great job on collecting for us. We have used a bunch of other collection agencies in the past and we have had the most success with these guy. I would recommend them!

We had a client that owed us quite a bit of money. He had us to do a lot of work and racked up a big bill, then just refused to pay. We tried to resolve things amicably but ultimately had to go to court. The case was a bit complicated and Jonathan Kirk did a great job preparing and presenting the case. After winning in court, Jonathan acted quickly to collect on the amount owed and successfully collected 100%. I couldn't recommend Kirk Law any more highly!

I'm very glad I hired Jonathan Kirk to pursue my judgement! I thought it was uncollectable, but within days he had worked out payment arrangements. Today I got the last payment -- 100% collected! I've submitted dozens of tenants to collections over the years. If you get any response at all, you get pennies on the dollar.
