Alta Legal helped me when I had a car accident their staff was wonderful when working with me. Ivett was the first to help she made in home visits to accomadate my situation she gathered all the details to my case she even helped.. making sure my rides to my appointments where taken care of. I dearly appreciate taking the time in making me feel like family and not just a client. As for Vanessa she was the one who handled my case she was always very professional and kind, she explained and made sure I understood everything about my case. She kept consistent communication and updated me as needed. Caleb my attorney did an amazing job I appreciate the hard work and time dedicated to my cases I am happy and satisfied with all the services they provided. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Alta Legal!

Una experiencia muy negativa. Desde el primero de Abril (ya 2 meses y medio) que no se nada de mi case manager (Vanessa) pedi una cita con el Abogado (Caleb) le exprese mi preocupacion de falta de seguimiento con mi caso y quedo de hablarme muy formalmente el Jueves pasado y nunca llamo, tal como las 2 personas que han manejado mi caso. Es la cultura de ese lugar muy poco profecionales y formales. Mi accidente fue el 9 de Enero y ha sido toda una pesadilla trabajar con Ellos, ha sido una tras otra desde problemas para conseguir los documentos necesarios para mi FMLA de trabajo hasta ni siquiera tener ningun tipo de actualizacion del caso. Definitivamente no se los recomendaria a nadie.
