If you are on the fence about whether or not you should hire an attorney, do it. The final settlement is far greater with an attorney and more than compensates for any attorney fees. Plus there is little to no work on your part. Now that you have decided to hire an attorney, Young and Young Law is who I would recommend. We had the unfortunate need to hire an attorney twice. Once was for our parents who were injured in an auto accident. Tyler Young dealt with all the hospital inquiries, Workmans Comp, insurance and everything in between and got us the best settlement we could have hoped for. The second time was more of a referral for an "Aunt". This one went to trial and after all of the low ball offers and attempts to show our aunt was not seriously injured, again the final settlement was more than we could hope for. After both cases all medical bills were satisfied and both parties ended up with a large sum of money to help with any further issues that may arise and that was after any and all attorney fees. I highly recommend John Larsen. We have worked with him the past year and half and it has been a great experience.
