Dennis is amazing! He has helped with me with multiple cases. Some in utah county and in Salt Lake City. If you are ever in a bind with the law please use Dennis. His pricing is very reasonable and he get the best outcome he can get. He has gotten me out of everything! Got my dui dropped to an impaired driving and I blew a .157 which is high I also only lost my license for 4 months. No jail either I just have community service. He also got everything dropped when I got in a bind last year. I had open container ticket and I got it all dropped. Dennis will not let you down. Very very hard working lawyer.

Dennis took on my case and immediately went to work. He was able to get my case reduced to no DUI and nothing alcohol related. He is friendly and cares about his clients. He answered my calls and texts while he was busy doing family stuff and was always quick to call and text back to let me know if he was in court or busy and when he would get back with me (it was always the same day). My case is closed and he has still taken my calls and helped me with other issues. I would highly recommend Dennis and his team.

Dennis did an outstanding job with my case. I was cited for a first time DUI and had taken prescription medication and rolled my vehicle. Dennis’ extensive knowledge of the law and the court system in Utah county led to my driving privileges not being suspended. He worked with me to push back my court date to accommodate a military deployment and other life events and when we finally had our court date, he was able to help get the DUI removed and downgraded to reckless driving. It was an outcome I did not think was possible. I would highly recommend Dennis and will pass his recommendation on to anyone I care about knowing that he will take care of them like he did for me. If your looking for someone who is going to fight for you then Dennis Pawelek is definitely your guy! My case was not easy due to the fact I have a very extensive criminal record from when I was younger. I’ve never had an outcome with court like I did today. I had 15 class A’s that were theft related. He got me the best deal EVER! Normally with any other attorney I usually would be in jail for a few months and when set free I’d be put on AP&P. I didn’t have to do any of that. I walked away with community service, court probation, and suspended jail time. He answered me every time I text him he was confident in the fact we would work this out which made me feel more calm and at peace. When you’re dealing with something like this being able to feel calm and at peace is hard to do. If your going to trust any body with your life and your freedom I would definitely say DENNIS PAWELEK is who you should trust.
