I hired Kristy to help protect my children from my ex husband, and his wife. Yes fighting your ex-spouse and his wife is expensive. But every single penny of debt I own now was worth it, because when it comes to protecting your children from a pedophile there is no monetary limit. Kristy made it possible for me to protect my kids which should be every mothers #1 priority. Kristy fights so hard for her clients. I was always able to reach her or one of her staff (who all knew my case well) through email, or phone call. Kristy sent me texts the night before court dates to tell me to take deep breaths and that she was there with me. As soon as I hired Kristy it felt like I had the entire MHM firm fighting with me. These people truly believe in the justice system, and have moral compasses that can not be turned! Kristy continues to provide ongoing support even after my ex husband was sentenced to prison for 22 years for crimes against children. She is always willing to answer a question or a phone call, and I know she will be honest with me. Kristy wont tell you something is possible if it is not, she will not just give you the answer you are hoping for. She stays professional and has an understanding that the best thing she can do for her clients is to help them understand the legal system, and how it is there to protect/help them. I appreciated this honestly because I always felt confident because I knew our case strong built on fact, not on emotion. My children are safe and happy and beginning to heal from a horrific few years, and I believe that this is possible because of Kristy and the MHM team! THANK YOU!!!

Kristy was used by a family member of mine. The situation surrounding them was horrific involving her ex husband. Not only was Kristy efficient and timely in her info and communication she was also very knowledgeable of the rights my sister had in regards to protecting her children from a convicted pedophile. Kristy finalized two adoptions for our family. She is incredible. She found and corrected mistakes that had been made before she was involved in our case. She was quick and efficient allowing us to finalize as soon as we possibly could. If we were to adopt again, we wouldn't anyone but Kristy!

I have worked with Kristy a number of times over the years. Kristy is focused on results. She is tough and adamant when she needs to be, but also has great negotiation skills to work out favorable deals. Kristy has all the qualities I would look for in an attorney.

Kristy was very efficient and effective. I had a very complicated case and a bitter ex-wife. Plus, my ex-wife's attorney was crazy. Throughout the process my ex-wife continued to threaten to go to trial and her attorney was pushing her to goal to trial. Kristy remained calm and clear headed throughout the process. Kristy helped me understand the law, what was reasonable to expect at trail, and the risk/reward of going to trial. We were able to eventually work through the issues and we constructed a very novel settlement and avoided going to trial.

Kristy did a great job on my case. In the initial consult she was already drafting documents to send to opposing counsel. She worked with speed which saved me money. She gave me confidence and worked to get me the best deal. She attended mediation and referred me to a great lawyer when my former spouse wouldn't sign a waiver. She worked with the other lawyer and they won. They got 100% of what I was looking to do and was grateful for the hard work.

Kristy has been so great throughout my case. Whatever questions I had via Email she answered very quickly. She would reply by at most the end of the day.
