Brett Boulton stepped in to help us after we were rear ended and had some severe back injuries. He was so very helpful and calmed my fears. He was able to get my medical bills covered and a little more which helped with other personal needs. He continues to work on the case for my daughter, who has the most serious injuries, from which she will struggle throughout her life. He has been a blessing as we have navigated through this difficult time. I wholly recommend Flickinger Sutterfield and Boulton! They'll come through for you!

Overall, I’m pleased with Mr Boulton’s service from FLICKINGER SUTTERFIELD & BOULTON. I liked the fact that he always conducted himself in a very respectful and professional way. Also, It was nice not to have to go trough the stress of dealing with the insurances myself. The settlement took a little longer, but in the end, I ended up with a better settlement than what I was told I would get.

These guys are awesome. I have been in two car accidents in the past few years. Bad luck I guess. I was not at fault in either and both totalled the vehicles that I was driving. I had kids in the car for both. So scary. I retained Flickinger Sutterfield & Boulton and it relieved so much of my stress. I was able to seek out the medical attention necessary to recover. They were diligent in assisting me through the whole process. I could not have done it without them. Thank you FS&B!!!

*Major Edit* I'm editing my entire review because some leaps and bounds were made, and my experience has since been much more pleasant. As a short summary, the lawyer I was working with from the firm was negligent, and frankly just didn't seen like he cared and it almost cost us a large sum of money. That lawyer did not represent the firm well, and from what I know, is no longer a part of the team. However, Brett, one of the Managing Partners at the firm, stepped in to ensure my wife and I were not left in the dust. Although not much was done as far as "action items" go (Just due to the point the case was at), Brett made sure that we understood that what happened with our previous lawyer was not acceptable, and that amendments had been made. He ensured us that he's going to continue to guide us through anything else that may come up, and for that I feel like I can't keep the original one star review. The experience from working with our previous lawyer and Brett was night and day, so I would recommend working with Brett, and I feel confident saying that they won't allow the experience we had to happen to anyone else.

Highly recommend! I had a smaller claim case that I did not think would result in any compensation. I was very hopeful after meeting with Brett Boulton and was relieved to find that not only did I have a legitimate case, but I was also entitled to much more. Brett worked on my case for almost 2 years! He told me from the beginning that these things can take some time. He always took time to talk to me and answer any questions as they came up. He kept me informed as things progressed and called me personally when the case was finally settled. We were able to settle for well over what I ever thought possible!

Great representation! Cared more about client than themselves, and always communicated all the options, and their experiences with each. Zeb Weeks was fantastic to work with, and he always took as much time as I needed to go over the issues at hand. Highly Recommend!!!

Patience is a virtue. These things take time. However, Zeb Weeks did a great job on getting my settlement taken care of as quickly as possible. Often people think lawyers take to much of the settlement but I believe what Flickinger Sutterfield & Bolton received is fair compensation for the work they did. Without them I wouldn't have received the settlement I did.
