Participated in focus group, I learned a lot about how trials worked

I was involved in what I initially thought was a minor car accident. I was wrong. The impact was minimal from being rear ended but the damage to my body was not. Geico (the other parties insurance) had taken full responsibility and then stated they were not going to cover one penny of it. At this point from the accident I had suffered a concussion, torn my rotator cuff in my right shoulder, had lower back and upper neck pain, and headaches. All from what I initially thought was a minor accident. Zeb was amazing. He kept encouraging me, followed up with me to check my health and healing, and updated me on the progress of the case. As I got better I informed Zeb. He was so happy for me. Geico was still stating they were not going to cover one penny of my expenses. The Law office didn’t flinch and pushed ahead. Fast forward a few more months to me sitting in Zeb’s office signing off on a settlement in which we received the full amount requested. We won!! We won!! I cannot feel more grateful and appreciative then I am right now! I thank Flickinger Surterfield & Boulton and specifically Zeb Weeks for representing me. The stress was lifted from me through the entire process. I feel blessed and blown away by how fantastic this Law office and Zeb were through the entire thing. Thank you!!

After my car accident I researched several different firms for representation. The larger firms felt very impersonal as if I was being put in their assembly line production. Together they made our lives good again and will always be our heroes.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant, and I've been involved in a number of insurance company disputes during my lifetime. After we were rear-ended on I-15, all members of our family were injured to varying degrees. I consider myself pretty hard-nosed, and I went back and forth with the insurance company for about eight months on my own before retaining Zeb at FSB. The truth of the matter is, an insurance company does not care about you--they don't take you seriously if you don't have an attorney. With Zeb's help, we received about twice as much money as the insurance company said were their final offers. (Almost double even after taking out FSB's fees and costs.) Zeb and his team were responsive and great to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation.
