Mark was professional and very helpful in not only getting what I needed but was able to get me more than expected. He has his clients best interest in mind. The staff is friendly and all very knowledgeable.

Working with Mark Flickinger and his team has been a great experience. They've made an extremely stressful, and unfortunate event easy to understand. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood the process. I would recommend them to my family and friends, heaven forbid, they had an accident serious enough to require legal council.

5 stars is not enough...the attorneys at Flickinger & Sutterfield know what they're doing. They managed my case on a very professional and friendly way. Fast. Easy. They allowed me to make the decisions, informed decisions, after receiving very detailed information from them, after reviewing our different options. But at the end of the day, I made the decisions. We met 3 times in 12 months, that's what it took them to resolve my case. The first meeting was when I was informed of the possibilities of my case, their fees, and then we signed the contract, All the information on the table. No secrets. No small letters. And no money upfront, of course. The second meeting was when I provided them with all the information they needed. The third and final meeting was to pick up my check. A very good check, let me tell you. More than I expected. What else can I say ?... I would recommend Flickinger & Sutterfield, and most specifically Brett Boulton, any day of the week and twice on sunday...even though they only work Monday thru Friday. Pablo Silveira

I was in a car accident, and although I tried at first to work on my own with the insurance company of the guy who ran into me, I finally had to ask for professional help from Brett Boulton. I really appreciate how professional Mr. Boulton and his office people are. Their communication was timely, friendly, and helpful.

Best decision ever! My family was involved in a single car rollover where the left rear tire blew. Because the tires had plenty of life left, I felt I needed to pursue the issue. My family met and spoke with several attorneys in the Salt Lake area, We are from Davis County. None of the attorneys in the SL area thought we had a case. I emailed Flickinger & Sutterfield on a whim. Guess what--it was the best decision I have ever made. Well worth the long drive and long distance phone calls. Mark helped us with the insurance aspect along with getting a settlement from the tire manufacturer. Mark was very honest with us and always kept us informed as to the progress whether by email or phone. Brett Boulton is my attourney and he did a great job of handling everything for me. We all know car accidents can be stressful and he took that stress out for me, he even refered me to a great chiropractors office for my pain, and they did a great job too. At the end of it all I received a great settlement and all my doctors bills were paid for. I would HIGHLY recommend and refer any of my family. friends to go see Brett. Mark Flickinger and staff handled my personal injury case by helping me organize all my bills, talk to all of the insurance agents, and helping me cover all my bills and then some! I would not have been able to do this on my own. Very grateful for all the help.

Don't waste your time with this guy's arrogance and ineptitude. I found Sutterfield to be childish and unprofessional, he went on tirades about quitting when I asked him simple questions regarding my case. My case was straightforward and I feel he mishandled it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
