I would recommend Barney any day. I was planning on using his services for help with a trademark. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Mark Schaffer, which has tainted my entire experience with this law firm. I spoke with him on the phone to learn more about how he helps with setting up an llc. After hearing about how he bills for his services, I chose not to use him. He did work that I didn’t ask him to do, or retain him for. He is now billing me $942. I had to stop replying to his emails because I wasn’t interested in his help. He overcharges. There are other lawyers who don’t charge as much, or offer options of their clients setting up the llc then reviewing everything on the backend. After my one phone call with him, I found that I am not alone in my feelings that he overcharges. Had he left me alone, and not done things I didn’t ask him to do and then charge me, I would be using Barney for my trademark issue still; but, the experience I had with Mr. Schaffer makes me feel extremely uncomfortable with having this firm do any work for me.
