Communication was lacking, we were told they were in between assistants. Which is a poor excuse. I was told my divorce would be final in 90 days, it was not. They had not filed all the the paperwork with the courts. It took an additional 45 days from the end of the 90. (So 5 months!) I had to call the court offices to find out what the delay was and reported back to their office. When in return they charged me for these phone calls. I called and asked what the new charges were for and They told me they would waive the fees accrued. Which did not happen and 2 years later they turned me into debt collection. So not happy with what happened.

I loved working with the Heder team as we navigated the finalization of the adoption of our son. Sarah was extremely organized and responsive, and the whole team truly cared and made the process smooth for us. Highly recommend!

In December a car ran a stop sign and totaled my car, injuring my wife, son and myself. Their insurance was so slow and unresponsive I contacted MacArthur and company. They answered all my questions and completely took over, which resulted in a far greater benefit then I had thought possible. I don't believe in taking advantage of others, but I do believe in being recompensed for what was taken from me. This team was wonderful.

I was very skeptical about contacting an attorney after being involved in a car accident but eventually had to because of insurances reasons. My fears were that it would be dragged out for years, cost me more money than I would actually get in return and cause a lot of stress and anxiety. Turns out I had nothing to fear or worry about.
