My husband, Mike and I were traveling and we were in Immediate need of some documents. We contacted your office in the morning and were greeted by a very nice receptionists, Kelly Veater, that was so quick and kind to assist us. She assured us that Annie would receive our request in a timely manner. We were then so pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Annie with the requested documents within a very short time. We worked with Tom Bayles on two living trusts, one last year for my husband and I and then one 2 weeks ago to amend my Mom's trust which was originally done and then amended in another state. We could not be happier or more impressed with the service we received from Tom, Annie, his paralegal, and the reception staff. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and made us feel completely comfortable confronting some very difficult issues and decisions. For instance, how to set up our trust to provide for a beneficiary who needed some extra help. We felt Tom creatively designed our trust to both protect our assets as well as hold the beneficiary to some account. For our Mom's trust, Tom could hear the frustration and concern we had regarding a family situation. He offered suggestions and tailored her trust to provide a workable outcome. They gave us binders for each trust with clear instructions how to deal with each asset. For my Mom's trust, Annie even included all the previous amendments originally done and amended in another state in the binder with the newly amended trust, with identifiable tabs for each section. This was particularly helpful because I was always losing track of the amendments. Tom, Annie and previously Lindsay were delightful to work with, very personable and accommodating and we cannot recommend them more highly.
