“The estate planning experience we had with Matthew Hafen was ideal! My aging father, thinking of his future passing, wanted to avoid probate with its lengthy, public, and expensive process. Not only was the price very fair, he was also patient with our extra questions, produced the various documents necessary after we provided certain details, guided us through the signing/notarizing, recorded the Warranty Deed, presented us with a binder of the original docs, and even emailed digital copies as a backup.”

Dragging out cases to maximize financial incentives
“They did not turn in papers to the ssa that they said they had to, I had to do it. It looks to me like these people follow their financial incentive which is to drag the case out for as long as possible, I did the heavy lifting with the ssa to make sure that did not happen.”

Unwillingness to provide consultations or assistance to certain clients
“Took my friend who has heart failure to see if we could get a consultation. None of the lawyers there would even see him to discuss his options. If you are latino don't waste your time going there you won't be seen.”

Perceived arrogance and unwillingness to listen
“These people act extremely high & mighty, & like they're better than everyone else. Went for a consultation to get help with recieving disability, and the lawyer barely even looked at only the top paper, and told me that I had no case. You can't treat people that way! Didn't like them at all.”
