I highly recommend Barnes Disability Advocates! After 2 years of me fighting on my own, they took my case to federal court for a remend, won it and won my 2nd hearing! The ladies in the office were always there to answer my questions! Don't try getting your disability on your own, call BDA.

They did not turn in papers to the ssa that they said they had to, I had to do it. It looks to me like these people follow their financial incentive which is to drag the case out for as long as possible, I did the heavy lifting with the ssa to make sure that did not happen. Mostly they are a waste of money and if you are capable, file and work with the ssa on your own, it is faster and cheaper.

I guess I was really hoping that you guys would’ve called me to come into the office so I received all the information, how much do I get per month, how much do you take from the check. I have a couple of questions that I could use some help with, from the Social Security office paperwork they sent to me. I just wanted to hear from you about the case in person not a email, to me this isn’t very professional. That’s just my point of few, I would recommend you guys because of the help I received from Kandace. Oh and I able to get half of my soon to be exhusbands social security each month since he put everything towards his social security when retirement came, oh but he retired at 55, sitting on a beach while I worked my butt off and nothing to show for it when I was able to pull my social security check.
