Dan Tobler will fight for your rights, thank you for taking the time to reassure me that our fight is worthy of fighting.

I visited with Dan Tobler after I was basically brushed off by two different lawyers here in St. George that wouldn't give me the time of day. Dan was very sympathetic to my situation and even apologized for how I was treated by the other lawyers in town. He was great at explaining my options and giving me advice as to which course of action I should take. I won my case and Dan was helpful, understanding, and thorough during the entire process. He really knows what he is doing and is very good at listening and offering you the options going forward. I recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice and/or help. Thanks Dan!!

I am still in the midst of my case, but felt inclined to leave a review. I wish, wish wish wish... that I would have come to Slemboski & Tobler, and hired Ben for my divorce. I probably wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now if Ben was my divorce lawyer, and not the incompetent lawyer I had. Thus far, Ben has worked tirelessly to understand the depth of the history in my case as to adequately fight for me in the court room. My initial petition he prepared was Potently written: relaying my arguments in few words, very powerfully. The only reason I even have the confidence to continue pursuing the case is that if there is any person who can win it, it is a lawyer from this law firm: namely, Ben. I know that if I win, he will be to thank. I know that if I lose: it definitely will NOT be because I had poor legal representation.

Dan Tobler is by far the best lawyer I've ever met, I called around about my case for my sons custody and spoke with a dozen attorneys, it was a very sensitive case with my son with special needs for custody that I was served papers for after the biological dad was absent for years and he never paid child support or was in my kids life enough and long story short, Dan was on top of his game, knew laws that blew the other attorney out of the water, he didn't see what Dan had coming and I got everything dismissed with full costudy to my son and he changed what seemed like a frightening and stressful situation into our happily ever after! I can't say enough but I need to let everyone know that once you get Dan Tobler, you will be at ease and his personality is amazing too, he's so understanding and takes excellent care. Call around and do your homework if you must, I did prior to finding him and I am so so glad I did!
