I had put off creating a trust/will for a while (after all, I plan on living for ever, right). Well, my kids bugged me enough to decide to get this done. Jeff was the best ever to work with in creating this. He is easy to talk to and really assisted in navigating through those couple of little things that my wife and I didn't completely see eye to eye on. It is such a great relief to actually have this done and Jeff is the most amazing guy to work with.

Wow! Just wow. Jeff McKenna and Ron Hill are excellent lawyers. They gave me solid advice and practical guidance on an estate matter where a divorce decree from years earlier clashed with a family trust set up recently by the decedent. They kept the case from going into litigation and were able to convince the opposing party to enter into mediation. And then they helped steer the mediation to a successful conclusion. Their efforts got me most of what I wanted and saved me considerable heartache and annoyance. The non-attorney staff of BMO, Ricki Stephens in particular, was also fantastic. Thanks to everyone at BMO for helping me achieve my goal, which was to honor my mother's wishes and ensure my father's obligations were met. It would not have happened without all of you. Jeff and his staff went above and beyond to get us in a few days early due to us already in town. So much appreciated. Jeff did our will six years ago and we knew we would be going back to Jeff for our update. Jeff stays updated with all the changes in estate planning that seems to happen regularly. After he found out we were both veterans he gave us a copy of his book "Saving Dr. Warren..." and my husband has loved reading this book well into the morning hours!

We were greeted and treated by a very friendly staff. Just a short wait later, Our Estate Lawyer Ron Hill escorted us back to a conference room. Mr. Hill presented a Will and Trust portfolio, that not only answered all of our questions, he brought up points that we had never even thought of, nor would we have, without his knowledge and expertise. Our sincere gratitude for Mr. Hill, for giving us peace in knowing our Estate planning was complete. We gave this firm a five Star rating, and if it were possible, we would give Mr. Hill 10 Stars.
