From the top down, this firm could not have performed any better for my brother and I. Our father had passed away in 2020 prior to completing his trust so we knew we would have have our hands full settling his estate and legal matters. After researching firms in Utah and Nevada we reached out to Jeff McKenna and from our first conversation our choice for representation was clear. This is the ONLY law firm to call with trusts, wills, and probate! I was so relieved when Jeff McKenna and his paralegal/notary said that they could come to us. My sister and I made an appointment with Jeff to meet with us at the home of my mother. My mother is 95-years-old and it was such a blessing not to have to take her from her home, put her in a car, lift her out, sit her up for an hour, put her back into the car, and drive home. It would have utterly exhausted her, not to mention the stress. The meeting itself was highly professional, efficient, and timely. Jeff and his paralegal were both incredibly kind and friendly and made my sister, mother and I feel so at ease--it felt as if we were in the company of family. There were important documents that my sister and I had to take to the bank in relation to my mother's accounts, and those were delivered that very afternoon! Please! Do yourself and your family a favor and use this firm for all your future legal needs regarding your loved ones. And take my word for it: Get your affairs or the affairs of those you love in order long before the day it's actually necessary. You'll save yourself precious time, worry and uncertainty.

We had to update a Trust / Will we had from another State. We worked with Daren and Charlette, things were explained very thoroughly. Details we hadn't really thought about addressed. Very satisfied with the whole process and feel secure in the fact legal issues should be addressed when the day comes it is needed.

In 2002 I moved from Montana to St. George, UT. I was so busy with new friends and the beautiful State and National Parks of UT that it was June 2004 before I ask for referral to an attorney and was extremely pleased to meet with Attorney Jeffery McKenna. Thinking I would be moving yet again, I ask Jeff to prepare for me a UT Will. 2021 and now believe I will be staying in UT, I thought of Jeff and made an appointment to discuss a Revokable Trust. Jeff greeted me as warmly as if we had been chatting the day before. I had perused articles regarding Trusts vs Wills but I needed a through lesson, which Jeff very patiently walked me through. My beneficiaries are not in UT and with the Revokable Trust the closing of my affairs will be streamlined. I feel relief that I had knowledgeable assistance from Barney McKenna and Olmstead brought to me by Attorney Jeffery McKenna.
