Thankful for a friend who referred us to Jeff McKenna. Jeff is precise and professional. In my first meeting, he asked the necessary questions to assess my goals and to complete my Estate Plan. In our second meeting, Jeff reviewed the plan line by line. He and his staff, quickly tweaked a few requested items, eliminating the need for multiple visits. When we moved to St. George 14 years ago we had a trust we had in California. We talked to Mr. McKenna and he talked to us about differences between states. We had our Trust updated to fit our wishes. We like to check in every 5 or 6 years to be certain that we don't need any changes. Mr. Mc Kenna has been very helpful. His office staff are always pleasant. His Legal Aide keeps things up to date as we need changes by upgrading our paperwork. We definitely recommend Barney, McKenna. Bruce and Lila Sanderson

Jeff McKenna and Charlotte Meinkey were instrumental in getting my mother's legal work updated in a timely and efficient manner before her passing last November. And, they were even more amazing during the probate and settlement process. They also handled a estate settlement challenge in a quick manner under challenging circumstances. Estate planning is not always the most pleasant of experiences, but Jeff McKenna made it positive and simple. Jeff uses terminology that easy for us non-attorneys to comprehend. He also asks the right questions and offers helpful advice in a caring manner based on his significant experience. We had done this previously in California and this was a much more enjoyable and positive experience. The trust and documentation that Jeff created was also easier to understand than our previous trust which will be greatly appreciated when it comes time to implement.
