This very positive review regarding my experience with The Truman & Radford Law Firm is long overdue! I found it necessary to secure their expert legal services in handling my unfortunate and unexpected rear end traffic collision which was absolutely no fault of my own! It became unquestionably necessary due to the fact that the party at fault was woefully underinsured, and that my own auto insurance company would need to be accessed in order to adequately handle the remaining liabilities involving my resultant bodily injuries! I was at an intersection completely stopped, waiting for traffic to clear and WHAMMO!!!! Out of nowhere, someone not paying any attention crashes/plows into me at full force resulting in my car and body receiving the total brunt of the collision!! Not what I had planned for the day, nor the accompanying long, long months of trying to get back to some semblance of pain free normalcy, requiring intensive physical therapy and medical intervention! One of the many things I find most notable, is the fact that Mr. Daniel Radford who personally handled my case, always kept me “in the loop” and up to date with everything that was occurring. This is to be commended on all fronts! Truman & Radford was a truly a Godsend in taking care of all aspects of my case from beginning to end! I got in a car accident in July of 2016. I broke my neck in the accident. Danny got a call from us that morning. He came to the hospital and took care of everything from there on. He made the whole process super easy. He gives you updates. While you are healing up from your accident he’s taking care of the legal stuff. He got the full policy amount.
