I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Injury Defenders! They are compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He was always available to answer my questions and had a relaxed, pleasant manner that made me feel at ease. He and his assistant, Shawn, always got back to me right away whenever I called or texted with questions. I felt valued and respected. Daniel Radford was great in helping me deal with the heath insurance and car insurance. We had a lot of problems with the health insurance not wanting to pay the bill, Daniel was on top for them and got them to pay. He also got me all the money from both car insurance policies. So after medical bills and lawyer fees I got 100,000.00 dollars. He is fair and concerned about his clients your not just a number or a paycheck to him.
