We put off doing a trust for years because of how much work we thought it would be but Jeff made it very simple for us. There some places cheaper but these guys do a complete job so at the time its needed it will work for your family. Very happy with the the service we received from Jeff McKenna.

Brian and Kevin are the best in the field! When we first encountered each other Brian promised me that Swenson and Shelley wouldn't settle unless all of my concerns were addressed. We never settled even when the defense was making serious offers. My case ended in arbitration double the policy limits. I truly believe if I had chosen another lawyer to represent me, they would have taken the serious offers made right before arbitration. When the defense saw Swenson and Shelley as my legal representatives, they knew they would have to pay policy limits with one heck of a fight. Brian and Kevin gave me and my case personal attention, and their legal advice was spot on. I would give them six stars if possible. I entered a legal agreement with Brian and Kevin as my representation, but have left with two lifelong friends. They act with respect and integrity, and I recommend them to any person I encounter who needs representation in an injury case.

Exceptional staff and attorneys

Daren and Charlotte did a fantastic job helping us set up all our estate planning documents. They were accurate, thorough, and very personable throughout. We went in expecting a painful ordeal due to the complexity of our situation, but found that their vast experience and pleasant personalities made the whole process fast and actually enjoyable.
