It was a pleasure working with Barney McKenna & Olmstead. Our situation was a difficult one and there was no telling what the outcome would be. Eric Olmstead is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Not only does he provide his input, but he wants and often incorporates input from the client. This means our due diligence to help resolve our situation was welcomed. Going to mediation was stressful but Eric prepped us and then worked extremely well with the Mediator. Again he welcomed our participation directly with the Mediator and provide excellent feedback to us when the Mediator was not in the chat room. While determined to drive the 8 hours to participate in person, Eric suggested the value of virtual participation. This worked out extremely well and precluded a long round trip. Ultimately because of Eric's participation, our real estate issues were resolved in a fair manner and for the most part, were a win-win for both parties which we didn't think was feasible under the circumstances. Also, Ricki Stephens was extremely helpful as the Paralegal guiding us through the process of providing input to Eric along the way. We highly recommend Barney McKenna & Olmstead particularly for residential real estate issues.

I am happy to post this positive review for Swenson and Shelley law. They took on my case and continued to keep on top of it through Covid and other obstacles that came along the way. They were always ready with answers to any question I had and were very organized and methodical in collecting the data and the paperwork necessary for my case. One word: Negligence. My husband for the last 2 years has called in for any updates on his case, with essentially no return calls. They have failed to return calls back the new firm dealing with the case in Texas. Very frustrated and upset. We would give a 0 stars if we could.

Mr. Barney was very nice and explained the difference between wills and living trusts. We did a living trust and he was very patient explaining all the documents and their purposes before we signed. We are very happy with the services we received..
