I highly recommend Barnes Disability Advocates! After 2 years of me fighting on my own, they took my case to federal court for a remend, won it and won my 2nd hearing! The ladies in the office were always there to answer my questions! Don't try getting your disability on your own, call BDA.

Matt Hafen prepared a trust for my husband and I. He was very prompt in preparing the documents and then he sat down with us and carefully explained the trust so that we understood all of the aspects of it and helped us choose the best options for our situation. We were very impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. He is a man of integrity and he has an excellent work ethic, as well as being very knowledgable in the area of estate planning. Andrew Spainshower was absolutely amazing with our case! We were rear ended by a drunk driver who was illegal and didn't have a license and the truck did not belong to him. The three of us had to go to the chiropractor for many months for whiplash. We were kept updated throughout the case each week by Andrew and his team. I used to work for Durham Jones & Pinegar in St. George, and the attorneys who work there are tremendously skilled, reasonable, and sensitive to the needs of clients. The office still has a small-town feel, but it is tied into a much larger firm that provides great resources and depth.
