Tamara went above and beyond to help me and my ex-wife get our documents for our divorce cleaned up and ready to go. I’m sure she probably saved us tons of hassle and headache as I am positive we would of had to redo our papers without her and I don’t think the final decree would have been signed nearly as fast as with her assistance. This has been an emotional process and she was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone going through a similar situation.

Tamara was amazing!! She did something that I thought would not be possible and helped completely resolve all open issues in my case. She helped make a stressful situation very easy and calm. She was very fair and reasonable for both sides, which allowed us to compromise and do what was best for all parties involved. I highly recommend using Tamara Fackrell. She is very professional, practical and kind. She has a wonderful personality and is mindful of legal fees and time. Tamara is one of the top mediators I have had the pleasure of dealing with. With 23 years of domestic practice I have seen my share. Tamara tackled a case headed for trial which I felt there was no hope of settling without the bloodletting of a nasty court battle. Her sweet demeanor and can do attitude coaxed an entrenched party on her fifth attorney to a settlement my client could only dream of before walking into Tamara's office. Tamara's warm and charming personality combined with her 18 years of practice and her PhD, are a winning combination and was key to a successful resolution of a bitter post divorce case that had been dragging on for over 2 years. Her services were well worth every dime of her fee and then some.

Tamara was referred to me by a mutual friend and she arranged to see my wife and I at very short notice. I was extremely nervous not knowing what to expect but from the moment I arrived she explained the process and was very friendly and polite throughout the meeting. I felt she was giving genuine advice and was balanced between the respective needs of my wife and I. I didn't feel threatened or pushed in anyway and she made it easier to consider my wife's requests in an objective and rational way. The whole process of divorce is heartbreaking, especially when there is still love between the parties, but Tamara made a difficult situation much easier to find common ground. I'm grateful that a single meeting with Tamara helped avoid a nasty confrontation in court.

Tamara mediated for me yesterday. I felt very stressed when I arrived at her office. I had no idea what kind of mediator I would be working with but I only hoped they would be good. In the first 10 seconds after meeting her my anxiety dropped. After an hour I had to interrupt her to say how I was distracted by the high quality of work she was doing. And by the end I made a special point to tell her that I was amazed that I had worked with the best possible mediator I could image! She was so well qualified that I had confidence from the start that she would be respected and insightful. She made many suggestions that were so helpful for the negotiation. She made others that will be pay dividends years into my future. But what mattered the most in the moment was that her way of communicating put me at ease. I really trusted her and she never gave me pause. In the end the work she accomplished was every bit what I had hoped for. In short she was excellent in every way. In fact it went so well yesterday it now seems like a dream.
