I could not be happier with the way James handled my case. I felt as though I was the only client he had and all his time was devoted to me. James is very response to email or calls. Even on weekends I know he would get back to me. I actually was shocked when he responded to me on a Saturday. I felt as I had a friend representing me not not a lawyer, that's what it felt like. I could trust him as a friend trust another friend. I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for the help the deserve. I have already recommended a friend to him because I know I can trust him with friends and family. I would use him again if needed.

I had the pleasure of meeting and being represented by James Bergstedt. I was severly injured by a driver who was operating his car while under the influence (DUI). Jim Bergstedt is an excellent attorney! As a physician, it is very difficult to understand all the implications and legal jargon of a contract for employment. My contract was 13 pages long. Jim Bergstedt did a phenomenal and extensive job reviewing my contract. He had numerous suggestions and recommendations, of which several were well taken at the institution where I have accepted a position. Jim Bergstedt has also been pivotal in the formation of my Trust in order to protect my assets and has also worked on my family's Will. He is very knowledgeable and bright. He works hard.
