“This was an obvious case of conflict of interest between Jessica Andrew and the party that I was seeing Jessica for. This party had work for and directly under Jessica several times and Jessica had her direct number. Jessica never mentioned any conflict of interest and I was the one who had to bring it up.”

Lack of responsiveness and communication from the firm in some cases after a staff change
“Worse experience with a law firm…4 years I worked with Jessica…when she left was left in the middle of 2 cases it was taken over & except with the transfer letter to their new employee we heard nothing in 5 months. Dont return calls..send emails putting you off. None of them even know the case or spoken personally to us. Total nightmare unprofessional.”
