Inconsistent communication and responsiveness from support staff
“I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer. My green card was arrived to their office and stayed there for a whole week but I wasn't contacted.”

Long wait times and delays in some cases
“Very disappointing. We had an appointment at 9:00AM. 20 min before that they called and postponed it to 9:30 AM. We've been waiting for one hour till 10:30 AM but Jennifer did not show up. They do not value peolpe's time.”
